13th MEU Car Wash

Description

Proceeds from all cars washed at Jerry’s Arco AM PM at the corner of Anaheim Blvd. and Broadway on Thursday, September 28^th will benefit the Marines and Sailors of the 13^th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and their families.  The Anaheim 13^th MEU Adoption Committee invites the community to come out to support the 13^th MEU.   The car wash will be from 8am -5pm and there will be 13^th MEU Marines present to meet you.
     The 13^th MEU was adopted by the City of Anaheim on Oct. 9, 2007.  The Anaheim 13^th MEU Adoption Committee serves as a support system for the 13^th MEU and their families while at home or deployed.   In return, the 13^th MEU provides community support by participating in local and city functions to encourage interaction between the Anaheim community and military personnel.
