Description
Illumination Foundation, a nonprofit organization with the mission to disrupt the cycle of homelessness, will host “Together We Can: Solutions to Address Health Equity” consortium on April 19, 2022 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California. The one-day event is focused on integrating effective solutions to lowering the barriers vulnerable populations experience in accessing healthcare, housing, education, and workforce development.
The consortium features keynote speaker Lisa Marsh Ryerson, President of AARP Foundation, a charitable affiliate of AARP focused on ending senior poverty, who will discuss health equity. The consortium will include panel discussions on four critical areas: housing, health and education, health equity, and policy. The panelists will discuss diversity, equity, and inclusion.
